1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using ArabCall, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our application. These terms apply to all users, including hosts and viewers.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use ArabCall. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. Accounts found to belong to minors will be permanently suspended.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. ArabCall reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
4. Token Purchases & Refunds
All token purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Tokens have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts. Unused tokens may expire after 12 months of account inactivity.
5. Prohibited Conduct
Users may not engage in harassment, hate speech, sharing of illegal content, impersonation, spamming, or any activity that violates applicable laws. Violations will result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to authorities.
6. Content Standards
All content shared on ArabCall must comply with our Community Guidelines. We reserve the right to remove content that we deem inappropriate, harmful, or in violation of these terms without prior notice.
7. Host Earnings
Hosts earn from video calls and virtual gifts based on the earning structure defined in the Host Agreement. Payouts are processed monthly, subject to minimum thresholds and identity verification requirements.
8. Limitation of Liability
ArabCall is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the past 3 months.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings.
10. Governing Law
